Returns Policy

Before returning the product, the Festina.gr service department must be contacted.

 The return must be made within a period of 7 calendar days from the day of receipt and return conditions must be met (e.g. the product must not have been opened and must be in perfect condition. For this reason we recommend sending it product in appropriate packaging – not an envelope).

 Returns should be made with a courier company and not with the post office.

 In the case of using the product or tampering with its original packaging, returns are not accepted.

Your refunds are made within 30 days of the return and receipt of the products by our company.

 In case of issuing an invoice, the return must be made with a delivery note.

 In the event that the return is not made within a period of 7 calendar days from the day of receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, Festina.gr has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with their replacement.

In the event of a defective product or shipping error, we proceed with a replacement or a refund corresponding to the value of the products, following the Return Procedure below:

 

You pack and send the package with the product with our store's partner courier company and with a recipient's fee. Inside the shipping package, you will have placed a note informing us of the problem that has occurred with the returned product, as well as the proof of purchase.

As long as the return conditions apply, we proceed with a relative replacement or credit of the corresponding amount to your bank account, PayPal or credit if the original payment was made in this way.

In case the package arrives and it turns out that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

To the Company directly: call the service department to discuss and order the product to be replaced. Afterwards, you bring the product to the company's premises together with the proof of purchase and after a check is made to verify that the return conditions apply, the value of the product(s) is refunded to the same means of payment with which you completed the order. 

Shift hours are Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 (excluding weekends).

In case of change at the customer's request:

 The return must be made within a period of 7 calendar days from the day of receipt and return conditions must be met (e.g. the product must not have been opened and must be in perfect condition. For this reason we recommend sending it product in appropriate packaging, not an envelope). 

 Return costs are covered by the customer. Attention: the shipment can be made by a courier company and not by regular mail.

 The parcel you return must be accompanied by a photocopy of the receipt and the code or codes with which you want it to be replaced.

In the case of a refund, we are sent your bank account (if the original payment was made by deposit or cash on delivery) or we credit your credit card if the original payment was made in this way.

 After the relevant check has been carried out by the competent department and the return conditions are met, we proceed with its replacement or refund.

 Note that, if after the change the order does not exceed €00, there will be a charge of X€ shipping costs X€ cash on delivery.
