The Service department of Festina Group Hellas is fully equipped with the most modern machines available. We have spare parts for all the watches we represent, new and old models.


The Service department repairs your favorite watch immediately and quickly. Each watch comes with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, for good use and for mechanical damage.

Maintenance Instructions & Tips

To protect our watch and extend its life, we take care to:

  • Avoid impacts, chemicals, magnetic fields, very high or very low temperatures, dust, water vapor and hot water,
  • We suggest keeping it in its box when not wearing it,
  • Our automatic and mechanical watches must be operated at regular intervals
  • Our watches need service. Mechanical and automatic watches need to be serviced every year (1 year of operation of the mechanism corresponds to 200,000 km of a car), while Quartz watches need to be serviced approximately every 5 years. Waterproof watches that we use in water, never hot, must be checked annually for their tightness,
  • We are aware of the exact water resistance of our watch and we respect it
  • When we wear our watch we make sure that the crown is always in the closed position and if it is with a screw-down crown, that it is screwed all the way down,
  • We never time ourselves in the water, because it's like opening the door for him to come in,
  • When setting the time, be careful not to pull out the screw-down crown, but unscrew it
    We never open or attempt to open our watch ourselves
  • We protect our watch from prolonged or excessive exposure to the sun
  • We avoid the contact of the leather straps with the liquid element,
  • We clean the sweat from our watch with a cloth after every sporting activity,
  • It is good to regularly clean our watch with a slightly damp cloth. We never use chemicals, detergents or other substances to clean it

Warranty

The warranty does not cover the battery, wear of the strap or bracelet and case, crystal breakage and damage to the movement from moisture if the watch is not waterproof. For the safest operation of your watch, we recommend that the battery change be done at our Dealership and at the same time waterproofing is done on the watches that require it.
For a warranty to be valid, when you buy a watch, it must be filled in with the code of the watch, the date of purchase and the seal of the store, and at the same time, the proof of purchase must be attached to you.
